The Hiring Process

Job descriptions vary from building to building.  Each resume and application is first screened.  Then, an interview may be scheduled with the goal of matching candidates to the potential property position available.  From there, several candidates are submitted to our contract site client for final selection.  The timing on this process varies widely.Classic Concierge is contracted by a building’s property management company, the owner representative.  Classic Concierge negotiates a contract that provides not only compensation for the employee we hire, but for all supplies, training, vendor resources and support that Classic Concierge employee will need.

We Invest In Our People

  • cc_icon_logo Solid customer service background is required

Classic Concierge is a rare company; it feels like family.  Although our employees are spread throughout the DC Metropolitan area, and have various hours and responsibilities, we connect in our mission statement to service.  The loyalty, core values and warmth of Classic spill over at our quarterly receptions and award presentations.  We enjoy the various restaurants, museums, theaters and nightlife because of the privilege of the “concierge” title.
